In addition to the vast hedge fund industry experience of Agio’s personnel, the firm has also built its reputation on attention to detail and stringent adherence to following methodical and well-formulated processes.   Agio functions on the formula innovation plus integrity equals success.  Each Agio employee promotes a 5-star customer service experience for the clients, which means providing Enterprise-Class services with the flexibility to customize for each client’s specific needs.

Bart McDonough, former OU student and Agio CEO, most recently served as Managing Director at SAC Capital Management, a private investment management firm headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut.  During his tenure at SAC he saw an opportunity to focus solely on managed IT services specifically designed to handle the dynamic needs of the hedge fund industry.  By concentrating Agio’s focus, and leveraging the management team’s experience in the financial services industry, Agio provides innovative and strategic technical guidance perfectly suited to the hedge fund environment.

The management team is rounded out by Miten Marvania, CIO & Managing Director; Boyd Nolan, Director of Operations; Garvin McKee, VP of Sales; Suzy Hurt, CAO; and Cordila Jochim, a Principal at Corhouse, who leads Agio’s brand strategy and communications efforts.

The firm opened its doors in January 2010 with operational headquarters in Norman, Oklahoma and satellite offices in Connecticut, New York, London, and Hong Kong.  With headquarters at Three Partners Place on the University of Oklahoma Research Campus, the company has 35 employees and plans to add up to 15 more before years’ end.

For career-seekers, Agio provides a rigorous atmosphere for anyone looking to get a taste of Wall Street.  Servicing Agio’s level of clientele requires a type of person who is adept at solving problems and applying innovation responsibly.
