Initial Call

Initial Call was founded in 2002 to bring a unique level of quality to the front-end sales processes of technology, consulting, service and product firms.  We are a boutique B2B sales consulting firm comprised of highly experienced sales professionals.  We specialize in running inside sales operations for companies with complex sales cycles.  We bring our talents to bear on everything from designing, launching and managing a sales campaign to data-scrubbing or customizing your Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM).  Initial Call has particular expertise with Salesforce.com.

Initial Call exists to provide contracted inside sales support to organizations looking to keep their employed sales personnel focused on one thing:  closing new business.  Our goal is to become part of our client’s team.  We understand how what we do impacts our client’s sales cycle.  We handle the first phase of our client’s sales cycles: working to reach decision makers and qualify target accounts then set phone or in-person appointments with prospects for our client’s field sales force. 

Initial Call is based in Norman, Oklahoma; however, our Sales Managers work virtually.  They are located throughout the US and have demonstrated the maturity and integrity to make Initial Call a trusted business partner for the long run.  Our consultants typically have at least 15 years of B2B sales experience.  We mitigate our client’s risk by actively managing the performance of each of our sales people against agreed-upon metrics.  Our work is transparent and collaborative.  We document all of our activity in our client’s CRM system so that our clients benefit from the market intelligence and contacts we uncover as we work.  Our mission is to make our clients more successful and efficient as a direct result of our relationship.
